We are looking for a passionate & energetic Live Host to be at the forefront of our dynamic team. This full-time remote position offers a competitive base salary along with commission-based pay upon reaching weekly sales KPIs. As a Live Host, you'll conduct engaging live sessions showcasing our products, presenting features persuasively to drive sales, and interacting with viewers to answer questions and provide recommendations.

Live Session Hours
- 6 hours per day
- 5 times a week
11:00 am - 02:00 pm (Day Session)
09:00 pm-12:00 pm (Night Session)

Your Day-to-Day :

  • Conduct engaging live sessions on Loucase's platforms, showcasing our products and engaging with customers.
  • Present product features, benefits, and promotions in a persuasive manner to drive sales.
  • Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout the live sessions to captivate the audience.
  • Interact with viewers, answer questions, and provide personalized product recommendations.
  • Achieve weekly sales KPIs to qualify for commission-based pay.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content and promotions for live sessions.
  • Stay informed about Loucase products, industry trends, and customer preferences to provide accurate information and enhance sales opportunities.
  • Ensure professionalism and adherence to Loucase's brand guidelines during live sessions.
  • Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude to create an enjoyable and memorable shopping experience for viewers.

Requirements :

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a natural ability to engage and connect with an audience.
  • Passionate about Loucase and knowledgeable about our products.
    Ability to commit to 6 hours of live sessions per day, split between day and night shifts.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace conducive to conducting live sessions.
  • Comfortable working from home and able to maintain a professional demeanour during live broadcasts.
  • Talkative, energetic, and able to sustain enthusiasm throughout extended live sessions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is preferred.
  • Ability to live nearby Loucase headquarters in case of emergencies is desirable.
  • Required language: English & Malay
